A Stress Management and Wellness Tool

We all experience stress, from the newest hire to the CEO — and burnout from unmanaged stress is a real problem at work. But with deadlines, shifting requirements, and back-to-back meetings, when is there time for stress management?

Leveraging Claude Code, Canva, and Photoshop, "Breathe Easy" was created to solve this with a personalized, interactive tool that guides employees through breathing techniques proven to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and reduce stress in minutes, not hours.

Results from a test group with an average stress level of 6/10 were able to reduce that level to 2/10 by the end of the exercise. A noticeable 40% decrease!
